A place is only worth being in if you are safe in it. Here is what safety means here — what is built in already, and what we are finishing before we open the doors.
What we mean by safe
Not a promise that nothing hard will ever happen — no honest place can promise that. What we can build, and have: harm does not get to stay, and the people who can least protect themselves are protected the most.
Safety here is not a policy page bolted on at the end. It is in the structure — in who owns your data, in how apps are sealed off, in who a younger member belongs to, in what can and cannot be touched. That is the part a rulebook cannot fake.

This applies to everyone — the powerful most of all.
Racism, transphobia, homophobia, discrimination of any kind: there is no version of it we tolerate, and no account big enough to be exempt. It does not matter if you built the platform, run the company, or have a hundred million followers — degrade someone for who they are or who they love, mock a trans person, turn your back on your own trans child — and you are banned from EveVolved. Here, the powerful are not the exception. They are the example.

Patterns, not blame. Most harm comes from a bad input, not a bad person. None of what follows is punishment — it is protection: we keep everyone else safe while we change the input and give the person a real way back. The point is to bring people back better, not to throw them away.

Every human being can change, and everyone deserves the chance to show it. A ban here is not exile — it is a door that opens again when you have grown enough to walk back through it. We remove you from harm's way, not from the chance to become someone better. Demonstrate the change, and there is a way back.
Everything else on this page assumes you didn't fully know. That is why the first step is a quiet word, and why every door reopens.
This one is different. Nobody in this society doesn't know what harming a child is. There is no “I didn't realise” here — so there is nothing for that first step to explain.
I believe people are patterns, and that almost anyone can become someone else. I still believe it here. This door stays shut anyway — because a child's safety isn't something I'll gamble on being right about you.

Most places have one move when you cross a line: they cast you out. We are building another.
Here, the first answer to getting it wrong will not be a ban — it will be an invitation: a live show about the very thing that applies — race, faith, being trans, whatever the moment was really about — where everyone in the room is evolving and no one is put on trial. It is held by the Disciples — people drawn from every walk of life, chosen for the grace to lead someone gently back. Attend, take it in, and it is behind you. A ban is only ever for refusing that hand — never for the mistake itself.

The ban hierarchyThe graduated ladder — lands before we open; removing harm, suspensions & appeals work today
One rung at a time — and you can step off any of them by growing. Nothing here jumps straight to the end: the consequence fits the harm and the history, and the gentlest step is always tried first. The ladder only ever climbs when someone refuses the way back — with one stated exception, below the rungs.
The smallest step, and the most common one. The content comes down and you are told plainly what crossed the line and why — named to the person it affected. Nothing is held against you. Most things end right here.
If it was real, or it happens again, the next move is not a ban — it is an invitation. A live show on the very thing that applies: if it was about race, someone's faith, or a trans person just trying to exist, that is the conversation you are walked into — gently, by the Disciples, with no one on trial. Show up, take it in, and it is behind you.
Turn down the hand, or keep going, and a time-out follows. It starts at one month and steps up only if it happens again: three months, six months, then a year. A year is the top step — it repeats rather than becoming permanent, because nobody here is written off. And it goes the other way too: three clean months after you are back steps you down again. It always ends, and the room is still open to you.
You are removed from the live platform while the door stays open. The way back does not change: the room, and the growth it asks of you.
Only for refusing the hand, or for harm grave enough that protection cannot wait. Even then it is a door that opens again when you have grown enough to walk back through — never exile. The one thing that does not reopen here is harming a child.
A few things carry their consequence in writing, on the screen, before you do them — registering a business you do not work at is one, and making a second account to get around a time-out is another. Those skip the quiet word and the room, because both of those exist to explain something you might not have known, and we had already said it. They start at three months, or one step up from wherever you already are. They still step back down after three clean months. It is a shortcut into the ladder, not a way past it.
Rung two is the heart of it: a chance to sit in a room about the very thing — and most people never need rung three.
If you came here to hurt someone
Every report goes to a real person. Confirmed abuse does not just get hidden — you are removed, and your network and connection are blocked at the edge. Logged out is not a disguise: your connection is identifiable, and it gets blocked the same as anyone else. And a new account will not save you — the ban is on you, not your username. A second account, a third — the block is on your network and connection, and it does not care what you call yourself.
And trying costs you a step. Making another account to get around a time-out moves you up the ladder immediately — one month becomes three, three becomes six. You are not waiting it out any more; you are adding to it.
Waiting is the fast way through. Every step ends on its own, and three clean months after you are back takes a step off. Nothing you do from a second account can beat simply coming back.
